Instructions:
1. Take a mixture grinder jar and add small onion,
onion, red chilli, fennel seeds, garlic, salt to taste and tamarind. Then grind
well and make a paste.
2. Take a pan for make onion thokku. After heat the
pan, add oil for fry, mustard and curry leaves.
3. Then add prepared onion mixture and water. Saute well.
Then cook for ten minutes in closed pan.
4. Turn off the flame after the water is drained. Now the
delicious onion thokku is ready to serve. This side dish is most suitable for
dosa and chapatti.
