Corn flour – 1 cup
Wheat flour – ½ cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Instructions
1. Take a bowl for prepare the paniyaram batter
2. Put one cup of corn flour, half cup of wheat flour, one cup of rice flour and salt to taste
3. Mix all the ingredients and add one cup of water for make batter
4. Take paniyaram pan and put oil for fry
5. Add batter and make paniyaram. Now the tastiest and healthiest corn flour paniyaram is ready to saerve.
