Mushroom Dry Curry Recipe | Delicious Mushroom Fry For Chapati And Rice

Ingredients:
  • Oil for fry
  • Cinnamon – 1
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • Onion – 4 Chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato – 3 sliced
  • Mushroom – 500 gms
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves

Instructions:

1. Take a pan then put oil for fry. After heating of oil add cinnamon, cumin seeds and chopped onion and saute well.
2. After onion turn brown add ginger garlic paste, green chilli then saute well.
3. Then add spices like garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder then mix well
4. Add three sliced tomato and saute well. Then add 500gms of chopped mushroom and mix well. Cook for five minutes.
5. Add one cup of water and cook for eight minutes in closed pan. After cooing add coriander leaves and curry leaves. 
6. Now the delicious mushroom dry curry is ready to serve. This curry most suitable for chapati, poori and rice.
