Ingredients

For stuff preparation
Oil for fry
Mustard – 1 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Green chilli - 3
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Tomato – 1 sliced
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Soya sauce -1 tsp
Boiled egg – 2
Egg chapatti preparation
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Egg – 2
Salt to taste

Instructions
1. Heat the pan and put oil for fry.
2. Add mustard, onion, green chilli and sauté well
3. After brownish onion add ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Then add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and sauté well.
4. Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and finally add two boiled egg and mix well. Keep aside
5. Now prepare the chapatti using wheat flour with egg coated.
6. After preparing the egg coated chapatti place the stuff inside the chapatti and roll it. Now the delicious chapatti egg  roll is ready to serve.
