கருப்பு கவுனி அரிசி | black rice sweet | black rice for pregnancy period | pregnancy food

Ingredients:
  • Black kavuni rice – 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Coconut – 1 tbsp
  • Dry fruits (cashew nut and Dry grapes)

Instructions:

1. Take one cup of black rice and soaked for eight hours. Then take a pressure cooked and add soaked rice, two cup of water.
2. Cook for seven whistle. Now the black rice is cooed. Note that this black rice is hared than normal rice so cooking time and whistle is differs.
3. After cooking add cardamom powder, sugar, shredded coconut and fried cashew nut and dry grapes.
4. Now the delicious black rice is ready to serve. This food is very healthy for pregnant woman
