wheat dosa recipe for diabetes | instant wheat flour dosa | godhuma dosa...

         wheat flour dosa is most delicious recipe commonly cooked in tamilnadu, plain wheat flour dosa need some chutney or kuruma but here we add some extra ingredients to maximize the taste and serve without chutney. also it is healthiest one for older people as well as children. we can cook instantly with simple ingredients. my mom regularly used to cook this dosa. really its yummy and delicious. here we provide detailed ingredients reqired and istruction to cook. watch the video for live demo.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 2 cup
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  • onion - 1 cup (shredded)
  • tomato - 1/2 cup sliced
  • green chilli - 2 nos (sliced)
  • coriander leaves - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup to make batter
  • oil or ghee - required for cook dosa

Instruction

1. take a bowl, put two cup of wheat flour and add salt to taste
2. then add turmeric powder, cumin seeds for taste
3. take one cup shredded onion and add to  bowl, add tomato and coriander leaves as follows
4. add green chilli as per you spicy requirement.
5. then add water and mix well. mix until no lumbs in batter. now the dosa batter is ready
6. now take dosa pan and put oil or ghee. make dosa using the wheat batter
7. turn dosa and allow to cook for one minute. now wheat flour dosa is ready. serve with chutney or kurma or sambar (dal)

Note: If you want to avoid green chilli you can add one tbsp of red chilli powder instead of green chilli. also you can add pepper powder, that's good for health.
