Ingredients
- Rice 2 cup
- green peas 1 cup
- onion 5 nos
- tomato 2 nos
- garlic 3 nos
- green chilli 4 nos
- ghee 1 tsp
- oil 3 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- fennel 1 tsp
- curry leaves
- turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- masala powder 1 tsp
- salt required qty
Instructions ( 1 cup =255 ml)
1. add ghee and oil in hot pan after add mustard and fennel
2. add onion and garlic, it turn brown add curry leaves
3. after fry the above then add green chilli followed tomato and green peas
4. after cook tomato and green peas, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, masala powder and salt.
5. then add some water and allow to cook in steam for 5 minutes in light flame
6. after take rice in pressure cooker and add stuffed ingredients and mix well, then cook 10 minutes in steam. your tasty lunch is ready.
