urad dal laddu | healthy ladoo during pregnancy | urad dal ladoo recipe

Ingredients:
  • Urad dal (black) – 1 cup
  • Bengal gram – ½ cup
  • Peanut / ground nut – ½ cup
  • Jaggery – ½ cup
  • Fried cashew nut – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar water

 Instructions:

1. Take a pan and roast all the ingredients and keep aside. After that take a mixture grinder and grind all the roasted ingredients and put into the bowl.
2. Now put fried cashew nut and sugar water and mix / kneed well. Then make a ball and serve.
3. This ball or ladoo is very healthy and good food for pregnant ladies. It will induce and helps for normal delivery
