Boneless fish thokku recipe

Ingredients:
  • Fish – ½ kg
  • Oil for fry
  • Mustard – 1 tsp
  • Onion – 5 chopped
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic paste –  1 tbsp
  • Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato – 3 sliced
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Instructions:

1. Take pan put oil for fry. Add mustard, five chopped onion, curry leaves, garlic paste, ginger paste and sauté well.
2. Add three sliced tomato, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry well.
3. Now add the half kg of fish pieces, salt as per your taste and pepper powder.
4. Add one cup of water and cook for 12 minutes.
5. Then fry open pan until the water get drained. Now the delicious boneless fish thokku is ready to serve.
