  Gravy For Chapati And Rice

Ingredients:  
For masala preparation

Instructions: 
1. Take a pan
  and put oil for fry. After heat of oil add mustard, curry leaves, ginger
  garlic paste and saute well 
2. After that
  add 250gms of mushroom, salt to taste and cook for five minutes. 
3. Meanwhile prepare
  the masala. For masala take a another pan and put oil for fry, then add small
  onion, sliced tomato, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder
  and shredded coconut. 
4. After fry
  the masala ingredients add small amount of water then grind like paste.  
5. Then add
  prepared masala into the mushroom cooking pan and mix well. Now add half cup
  of water and mix thoroughly. Now cook for eight to ten minutes in closed pan.
   
6. Now sprinkle
  the coriander leaves in top of the kurma. The delicious mushroom kurma is
  ready to serve.  
7. This gravy is very suitable for rice and chapatti. Enjoy your
