Ingredients:
- Green peas – 1 cup
- Dal – ¾ cup
- Tomato – 2 sliced
- Salt to taste
- Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- Pepper – ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds
- Garlic- 4
- Green chilli -3
- Bengal gram – 1 tsp
- Shredded Coconut – 1 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Asafetida – 1 tsp
- Onion – 1 chopped
- Curry leaves
Instructions:
- Take a pressure cooker and add one cup of socked green peas. Then add dal, sliced tomato and salt to taste. Also add to cup of water for cook.
- Cook for ten minutes. Meanwhile prepare the white masala.
- Tale a mixture jar add fennel seeds, pepper, cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli, Bengal gram, shredded coconut and grind well and make a paste.
- After ten minutes of cooking add white masala and cook for 5 minutes.
- Then tempering is to be done. For tempering take a pan and put oil for fry. Then add mustard, asafetida, onion and curry leaves, then sauté well.
- Add tempering into the kurma. Now the delicious chapatti kurma is ready to serve.
