Pepper mutton fry

Ingredients:
  • Oil for fry
  • Mustard- 1 tsp
  • Chana dal – 1 tsp
  • Small onion- ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Mutton- 250 gms
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1-2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 1 cup
Instructions:
  1. Take a pressure cooker for cook pepper mutton fry
  2. Add oil for fry, then add mustard, chana dal, small onion and sauté well
  3. Add ginger garlic paste then sauté well
  4. Add 250gms of mutton pieces. Then add turmeric powder, pepper powder as per your spicy requirement, salt to taste.
  5. Add one cup of water then cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Open the pressure cook and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. The water is dried turn off the flame. Now the delicious and simple mutton pepper fry is ready to serve.
