raw tamarind rasam/ rasam in 5 minutes

 Ingredients
  • Tamarind – 1tbsp
  • Small onion – 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chilli – 4 (as per your spicy)
  • Salt to taste
  • Asafetida – 1 tsp

Instruction

1. Take a bowl put raw tamarind, small onion (crushed), curry leaves, cumin seeds, coriander leaves
2. Add green chilli as per your spicy requirement, asafetida and salt to taste.
3. Add water and crush well. After crushing well the ingredients to be filtered and take it out.
4. Now the delicious healthy raw tamarind rasam is ready to serve
