Ingredients: 
 
Oil for fryCumin seeds –  1 tspGinger – 1 tspGarlic – 1 tspGreen chilli – 2Onion – 2 tbspCurry leavesTomato – 2 slicedTurmeric powder – 1 tspRed chilli powder – 1 tspCoriander powder – 1 tspPalak leaves – 1 cupSalt to tasteCowpeas/ karamani – 1 cup
  (cooked)Potato – 3 boiled 
 
Instructions: 
 
Take a pan and heat it, put oil for fry.Add cumin seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli, chopped
  onion and curry leaves. Then sauté well until onion get brownish. Then add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander
  powder, salt to taste and one cup of palak leaves. Then add water and cook
  for five minutes.Then add one cup of cooked cowpeas/ karamani and cook for five
  minutes. Now the time for add cooked potato. Cook three minutes for medium
  flame.Sprinkle coriander leaves and if you want add some fried vadakam
  too. Now the delicious aloo palak rajama gravy is ready to serve.
