Mutton chukka recipe

Ingredients:

For Chukka masala:
  • Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
  • Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli -2

For chukka
  • Mutton- 250 gms
  • Oil for fry
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion  - 2 sliced
  • Green chilli -1
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion -2 tsp 

Instructions:

1. For chukka first make homemade chukka masala. For that take mixture jar add cumin seeds, pepper, coriander, red chill and grind well and make powder.
2. Take a pressure cook for cook mutton. Add mutton 250gms, prepared chukka masala, turmeric powder, water, salt and cook for ten minutes
3. Take a pan for make chukka, heat the pan and put oil for fry, chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, spring onion and sauté well.
4. Add cooked mutton and mix well. Cook for ten minutes in open pan. Turnoff flame after water is drained. Now the delicious mutton chukka is ready to serve.
