Goat Leg Soup

Ingredients:
  • Goat leg – 2
  • Dal – 1 tsp
  • Chana dal -1 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Tomato – 1 sliced
  • Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli
  • Onion – 1 chopped
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Instructions:

1. Take a pressure cooker for make goat leg soup. Add some leg pieces, dal, chana dal, one sliced tomato, garlic, ginger, one green chilli, one chopped onion and sauté well.
2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and pepper powder s per your spicy requirement.
3. Close the cooker and cook for 15 minutes. After cook turn off flame. Now the delicious goat leg soup is ready to serve.
