Sweet corn (baby corn)
  – 1 cup 
Onion – 1 chopped 
Tomato – 3 sliced 
Oil for fry 
Bay leaf - 1 
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp 
Ginger garlic paste –2
  tbsp 
Red chilli powder – 1
  tsp 
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp 
Coriander powder – 1
  tsp 
Garam masala – 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
Cashew paste – ¼ cup 
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp 
Fenugreek leaves  
Coriander leaves |

Instructions: | |

1. Take a pan and put oil for fry. After heating of oil add bay
  leaves, cumin seeds and sauté well until turn aromatic 
2. Now add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté well till raw smell
  takes away Then add sliced tomato and fry well 
3. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala,
  coriander powder and salt as per taste 
4. Now add ¼ cup of cashew paste and cook well 
5. Then add boiled corn and one cup of water. Then mix well. Then cook
  for 10 minutes in steam 
6. Now add fresh cream, fenugreek leaves, coriander leaves and mix
  well 
7. Now the delicious corn masala curry is ready to
  serve. It will be suitable for chapatti, naan, kulcha, rotti and parota |
