Ingredients: | |

Water pumpkin – 2 cup 
Oil for fry 
Mustard – 1 tsp 
Chana dal – 1 tsp 
Urad dal – 1 tsp 
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp 
Asafotida – ½ tsp 
Onion – 1 sliced 
Green chilli – 2 
Curry leaves 
Ginger garlic paste – 1
  tbsp 
Red chilli powder – 1
  tsp 
Tomato – 1 sliced 
Curd – 1 cup 
Salt to taste 
Coriander leaves | |

Instructions: | |
| 
1.  Heat the pan and put oil for fry 
2. After heat of oil
  add mustard, chana dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, asafetida and saute well 
2. Add one chopped
  onion, two sliced green chilli, curry leaves and saute well until it turn
  brown 
3. Add ginger garlic
  paste, sliced tomato, red chilli powder and saute well.  
4. Add two cup of
  bottle gourd and saute well, add some water as required curry as gravy, put
  salt as per your taste. 
5. Stir occasionally and cook for five
  minutes in steam. After cook of water pumpkin, turn off flame and add one cup
  of curd. Stir well and cook with the pan heat. Now the delicious water
  pumpkin yogurt curry is ready to serve. | |
