Ingredients: | |

Wheat Flour – 1 cup 
Rava – 1/4 cup 
Pepper – 1 tsp 
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp 
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp 
Urad dal – 2 tsp 
Red chilli – 2  
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp 
Oil for fry 
Salt to taste |

Instructions: | |
|  | 
1. Take a bowl and add
  one cup of wheat flour 
2. Then add ¼ cup of rava/sooji and salt to taste then keep aside 
3. Heat the pan put pepper, cumin seeds, Urad dal, red chilli,
  coriander seeds and fry well. 
4. After fry the ingredients grind well and make the masala 
5. Add this masala into wheat flour mix thoroughly 
6. Add water as required quantity for chapatti making 
7. Add 2 tsp of oil for smoothness of chapatti batter 
8. Make the batter into ball and make chapatti/ poori 
9. Heat the oil in pan then fry the poori/chapatti. Now the delicious
  agra special Boatvee poori is ready to serve |
