Instant Rava Dosa - Very easy hotel style crispy,porous Rava dosa recipe

Ingredients:


Rava – 1 cup
Maida flour -1/2 cup
Rice four – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Curry leaves as required
Pepper seeds – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 chopped

Instructions:


1. Take a bowl for preparation of dosa batter
2. Add 1 cup of Rava (roasted), ½ cup of Maida flour, one cup of rice flour and add salt as per taste
3. Add water make dosa batter. Add more water if you want to dosa very thin and porous.
4. Leave the batter for one hour for fermentation
5. After one hour add curry leaves, pepper seeds and chopped onion in to the batter and mix well
6. Now heat the dosa pan and make a dosa. Now the tasty and delicious rava dosa is ready to serve.
