Ingredients
Cooked rice – 2 cup
Oil for fry
Cashew nut – 1 tsp
Onion – 2 sliced
Garlic – 1 tsbsp
Ginger – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Carrot – 1 cup
Beans – ½ cup
Cabbage – ½ cup
Capsicum – 1
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Heat the pan and put oil for fry
2. Add cashew nut, onion, garlic, ginger and curry leaves
then sauté well. Wait for brownish.
3. Add carrot, beans, cabbage, and capsicum and mix well
4. Add chat masala, pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix
well and cook for ten minutes
5. Add two cup of cooked rice and mix well. Then cook for 5
minutes in open pan. Now the delicious veg fried rice is ready to serve.
