Mutton – 250 grms 
Oil for fry 
Mustard -1 tsp 
Chana dal – 1 tsp 
Urad dal – 1 tsp 
Onion- 1 chopped 
Ginger garlic paste 
Tomato – 1 chopped 
Curry leaves 
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp 
Red chilli powder – 1
  tsp 
Coriander powder – 1
  tsp 
Curry masala – 1 tsp 
Salt to taste |

Instructions: | |

1. Take a tawa for make delicious mutton fry recipe and heat the tawa 
2.  Add oil and wait for heat
  then add mustard, chana dal, urad dal and chopped onion then saute well 
3. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute, then add sliced tomato, curry
  leaves. 
4. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,
  curry masala and salt as per your taste. 
5. Add fresh mutton and mix completely all the masala need to apply in
  mutton pieces 
6. Add water to cook and cook for 15 minutes. If you want to add spicy
  add pepper powder at the end and cook for 3 minutes. 
7. Now the delicious mutton fry is ready to serve.  |
