Ingredients:

Egg - 3
Oil for fry
Pepper powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Green chilli - 2
Curry leaves
Ginger garlic paste
Tomato - 1 sliced
Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Instructions:

1. Take a pan and put 2
tsp of oil for fry
2. After heating of oil add pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste.
3. Add three boiled eggs in to it and fry well. then keep aside
3. Take another pan and put oil for fry
4. Add cumin seeds, chopped onion, green chilli and curry leaves then saute well.
5. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato then saute well
6. add Tomato sauce, Red chilli powder and peeper powder. then add required quantity of water then cook for seven minutes.
7. After cook add salt as required quantity because we already add salt while fry the eggs
8. Add fried eggs and cook for five minutes. now the delicious egg masala gravy is ready to serve.
