Green Peas Cutlet Recipe restaurant style

Ingredients:

  • green peas - 2 cup
  • ghee - 2 tsp
  • green chilli - 3 nos
  • ginger - 4 pieces
  • cumin powder - 2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 2tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • dates - 5 nos
  • coriander leaves- 1/2 cup
  • lemon - 1/2 
  • gram flour - 2 tbsp

Instruction:

1. take a kadai and add ghee
2. add 2 cup of green peas and add green chilli
3. after add ginger and spices like cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and salt to taste.
4. mix well and add 1/2 cup of water and cook 10 minutes.
5. after cook that will dry.
6. then add coriander leaves and dates for sweet taste
7. grind all the ingredients and make a paste.
8. add lemon juice and gram flour and mix well
9. take a pan and put oil for fry
10. take the paste and make like cutlet and fry/ roast until it turn brown.
11. now the crispy and tasty green peas cutlet is ready for serve. serve with dhahi chutney or tomato sauce.
