Ingredients
- snake gourd - 1
- red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- salt - required qty
- rava / sooji - 2 tsp
- gram flour - 1 tsp
- corn flour - 2 tsp
- oil - required qty
- onion - 1 for serving
Procedure
- take 1 snake gourd, cut across and remove seeds, then make in to slice.
- add chilli powder for spicy
- add turmeric powder, salt, rava, gram flour and corn flour
- add water and mix well until the spices surround the snake gourd slices
- leave for 30 minutes
- after that take kadai and add oil for fry.
- fry the snake gourd and serve with onion.
