Ingredients:
- oil - trace quantity
- fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- onion - 1 cup
- tomato - 1 cup
- chicken masala - 2 tsp
- soya/ meal maker - 2 cup
- salt - 2 tsp
- coriander powder - 2 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Instruction:
1. cook meal maker or soya in hot water for 10 minutes2. take a pan and put oil trace quantity
3. add fennel seeds and onion, fry well until turn brownish
4. then add tomato one cup and allow to cook for two minutes
5. then add chicken masala 2 tsp.
6. add soya/ meal maker one cup and allow to cook
7. then add coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt
8. then add water and mix well. allow to cook for 10 minutes in steam
9. after cook wait for masala get thicken. now the soya chunk masala curry ready to serve
10. it is nice curry for chapati and also rice.
