Ingredients:
- oil - trace quantity
- cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- onion - 3 sliced
- tomato - 1 cup
- boiled egg - 6 sliced
- chicken masala - 4 tsp
- salt to taste
Instruction:
1. take a pan and add oil for fry2. add cumin seeds and fennel seeds then allow to fry
3. add 3 sliced onion and fry until turn brownish
4. after frying of onion add one cup of sliced tomato
5. then allow to boil for 2-3 minutes. after that add boiled egg of six nos.
6. add chicken masala and salt to taste
7. then add water and allow to cook for ten minutes in steam.
8. after dry the water tasty egg masala gravy is ready to serve.
9. serve the gravy with coriander leaves toppings.
