For Kuzhi Paniyaram
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds / jeera
  • 3 Onion shredded
  • ½ cup Curry leaves
  • Oil for cook


For Mint Leaves Chutney
  • 2 cup of Mint Leaves
  • 2 Red Chilli
  • 3 Onion shredded
  • 2 Tomato
  • ¼ cup Curry leaves
  • 1 Garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1 cup of dry coconut (shredded)
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste
