home made ragi vermicelli | Ragi Idiyappam Recipe | Ragi Nool Puttu Recipe

Ingredients 

  • ragi flour - 1 cup
  • onion -3 sliced  
  • mustard - 1tsp
  • chana dal - 1 tsp
  • urad dal - 1 tsp
  • red chilli - 3 nos
  • curry leaves - few
  • salt - required qty
  • oil - required qty

Procedure

  • take 1 cup of ragi flour and add 1/4 cup water then mix well.
  • after mix well the batter is ready for make vermicelli after making vermicelli that is cooked with steam for 10 minutes.
  • take kadai and add oil, musturd, chana dal and urad dal as per quantity mentioned above.
  • after that add onion, curry leaves, red chilli and salt then allow to fry until brownish.
  • after add cooked vermicelli and mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
  • turn off the flame and serve with tomato sauce.
