home made ragi vermicelli | Ragi Idiyappam Recipe | Ragi Nool Puttu Recipe

Ingredients
- ragi flour - 1 cup
- onion -3 sliced
- mustard - 1tsp
- chana dal - 1 tsp
- urad dal - 1 tsp
- red chilli - 3 nos
- curry leaves - few
- salt - required qty
- oil - required qty
Procedure
- take 1 cup of ragi flour and add 1/4 cup water then mix well.
- after mix well the batter is ready for make vermicelli after making vermicelli that is cooked with steam for 10 minutes.
- take kadai and add oil, musturd, chana dal and urad dal as per quantity mentioned above.
- after that add onion, curry leaves, red chilli and salt then allow to fry until brownish.
- after add cooked vermicelli and mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
- turn off the flame and serve with tomato sauce.
