Wheat Rava Pongal | Healthy and zero fat pongal | How To Make Broken Wheat Pongal | Iyar Veetu Ghee Pongal

Ingredients:
  • Wheat rava – 1 cup
  • Moong dal – ½ cup (soaked)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ghee – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Pepper seeds – 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Cashew nuts – 2 tbsp

Instructions:

1. Take a pressure cooker for cook rava and dal. In cooker take one cup of wheat rava, soaked moong dal, salt to taste and four to five tumbler of water. Then cook for ten minutes.
2. Take another pan for tempering. Add ghee, oil for fry, cumin seeds, pepper, curry leaves, cashew nuts and fry well.
3. After that add those in to cooked rava and dal. Now the delicious and healthy wheat rava pongal is ready to serve.
