Palak soup recipe | spinach soup recipe | pure palak leaves soup | most healthiest soup recipe

Ingredients:
  • Palak Leaves- 1 cup
  • Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Onion – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato – 1 sliced
  • Coriander powder  - 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1
  • Pepper powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Take a pressure cooker and add one cup of chopped palak leaves, garlic, onion, cumin seeds. Tomato, coriander powder, pepper powder and two cup of water
2. Cook for eight to ten minutes. Then add slat as per your taste. Now the simple and delicious palak soup is ready to serve.
3. This is soup is very simple to cook but the health benefits is remarkable. Add this soup in your regular diet. It will helps to increase your immunity.
