Ingredients
- Green peas – 1 cup (boiled)
- Green chilli
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Wheat flour 2
- Red chilli powder
- Ginger 2
- Cumin seeds
- Pepper powder
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Instruction:
1. Take a mixture jar; put boiled green
peas one cup, green chilli, ginger piece and coriander leaves.
2. Blend the ingredients smoothly and make
a paste
3. Take a another bowl, take tow cup of
wheat flour, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, pepper powder, sal to taste
4. Then add the prepared paste, trace
amount of oil and kneed well and make a chapatti batter
5. Make a small ball and make chapati
6. Heat the dosa pan and add oil now
prepares the chapatti. Now the healthy and delicious green peas chapatti is
ready to serve.
