Ingredients 
For boil 
Crab – 1 cup 
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp 
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp 
Salt to taste 
For masala
  preparation 
Oil for fry 
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp 
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp 
Coriander powder – 1 tsp 
Curry masala – 1 tsp 
Almond – 6 
Garlic – 4  
Ginger – few pieces 
Small onion – ½ cup 
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp 
Coconut =- 2 tbsp (shredded) 
For masala
  curry 
Oil for fry 
Cinnamon- 2  
Cloves- 2  
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp 
Curry leaves 
Small onion – ¼ cup 
Garlic – 2 tsp 
Tomato – 1  
 Instructions 
1. Take a pan for cook crab. Heat the pan and add
  crushed crab. Then add water 
2. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to
  taste. Cook for five minutes and keep aside. 
3. Meanwhile prepare the masala for curry. For masala
  preparations heat the pan and put oil for fry. Add turmeric powder, red
  chilli powder, curry masala, coriander powder.  
4. Add small onion, garlic, ginger, almond, cumin
  seeds and shredded coconut and sauté well. 
5. After frying the mix is grind like a paste and keeps
  aside 
6. Take another pan and heat it. Add oil for fry and
  then add cinnamon, clove, cumin seeds and curry leaves. 
7. Then add small onion, garlic and tomato then sauté
  well 
8. After that add cooked crab, prepared masala and
  water as required. Add salt to taste.  
9. Cook all the ingredients in five to ten minutes.
  Now the healthy and delicious carb masala curry is ready to serve. |
