Ingredients: | |

Ponnanganni keerai – 1
  cup 
Onion – 2 sliced 
Green chilli – 1 
Red chilli -1  
Oil for fry  
Coconut – 1tsp 
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp 
Chana dal – 1 tsp 
Urad dal – 1 tsp 
Coriander seeds- ½ tsp 
Curry leaves 
Tamarind – small piece 
Salt to taste |

Instructions: | |
|  | 
1. Heat the pan and put oil for fry 
2. Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, Urad dal and saute
  well 
3. Add two sliced onion and saute well. After fry onion add curry
  leaves, green chilli, red chili then saute well 
4. Add ponnanganni keerai and salt and allow frying deeply. Add salt,
  coconut and small piece of tamarind, 
5. Transfer all into mixture jar and grind well now
  the delicious and healthy ponnanganni keerai chutney is ready to serve |
