Ingredients:


Beetroot – 1 cup
Cashew nut – 1 tbsp
Almond – 1 tbsp
Milk- 1 cup
Sugar – ¼ cup
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Instructions:


1. Take a pressure cooker for cook beetroot, add beetroot, cashew nut, almond and cook ten minutes.
2. Transfer the cooked beetroot into mixture jar and blend smoothie.
3. Take a bowl, add one cup of milk, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well until the sugar and cardamom powder dissolve in milk.
4. Add the beetroot smoothie and mix well; the tasty and delicious beetroot kheer is ready to serve.
