Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Egg – 5
Oil for fry
Onion – 2 chopped
Carrot – ½ cup
Beans – ¼ cup
Tomato – 1 chopped
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Take a bowl add one
cup of wheat flour, salt to taste and water and make a dosa batter
2. Heat the pan and put
oil for fry, add two chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves then saute
well.
3. Add garam masala,
red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder the saute
well.
4. Add carrot and beans
as required quantity saute well the add chopped tomato and cook.
5. Then add five egg
and salt to taste then cook until egg scramble.
6. Add this fry into
dosa batter and mix well
7. Make the dosa now
the delicious carrot egg dosa is ready to serve.
