Gram Flour – 1 cup 
Mushroom – 1 cup 
Green chilli – 1 
Onion – 2 chopped 
Plantain stem – 1 cup
  finely chopped 
Coriander leaves 
Oil for fry 
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp 
Salt to taste |

Instructions: | |
|  | 
1. Take a bowl and add
  one cup of gram flour 
2. Then add one cup of mushroom, chopped green chilli, coriander
  leaves, chopped onion, one cup of finely chopped plantain stem, red chilli
  powder, and salt to taste 
3. mix well and make like vada or bonda flour 
4. Heat the pan and pour oil for fry 
5. make the bonda cook and till crispy fry, now the delicious mushroom
  bonda is ready to serve 
Note: It contains plantain
  stem so it is very used full for diet and who need to avoid oil recipes. |
