Kothu Parotta | Egg parotta | delicious tamilnadu kothu parata

Ingredients
  • Oil for fry
  • Onion- 1 cup
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Tomato – 2 sliced
  • Parota – 3 sliced
  • Parota kurma – 1 cup
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Egg – 4
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Instruction

1. Heat the pan and add oil for fry
2. Add one cup of sliced onion and curry leaves then sauté well. Then add one cup of sliced tomato, and green chilli.
3. Add three sliced parota and one cup of parota kurma. Mix well.
4. Add oil, egg, pepper powder and salt to taste.
5. Mix well and cook for ten minutes. Now the delicious simple homemade egg parota is ready to serve.
