Parota – 4 (Sliced) 
Onion – 1 cup 
Tomato – 1 cup 
Capsicum – 1 cup 
Oil – 2 tsp 
Green chilli – 2 
Ginger Garlic paste – 1
  tsp 
Curry leaves 
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp 
Garam masala – 1 tsp 
Cumin powder – 1 tsp 
Coriander powder – 1 tsp 
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp 
Salt to taste |

Instructions: | |

1. Heat the pan and put
  oil for fry, 
2. Add mustard seeds, one cup of onion, two sliced green chilli, curry
  leaves and saute well. 
3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well, then add one cup of
  capsicum, one cup of tomato and saute well. 
4. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder,
  salt as per taste and fry well. 
5. Add four sliced parota and cook for three minutes, now the delicious
  chilli parota recipe is ready to serve.  |
