Egg Fried Rice | Hotel style Egg Fried Rice | Chinese egg fried rice

INGREDIENTS


Egg – 2 nos
Salt to taste
Oil – trace quantity
Onion – 1 cup
Carrot – 1 cup
Beans – ½ cup
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Cooked rice – 2 cup
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Take a bowl and put two eggs and add salt to taste then mix well.
2. Take a pan and put oil, then pour egg then make egg fries
3. Take a tawa. Add oil
4. Put onion allow to fry, then add carrot, beans and prepared egg,
5. Add red chilli powder, salt to taste.
6. Add cooked rice and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce and cook for five minutes.
8. After fry turn off the flame. Serve with sauce.
