Bottle gourd – 1 cup
  shredded 
Salt to taste 
Corn flour – ½ cup 
Maida flour – 1 cup 
Packing soda – 1 tsp 
Oil – 3 tbsp 
Onion – 1 cup 
Green chilli – 1
  tbsp 
Ginger garlic paste –
  1 tbsp 
Red chilli paste – 1
  tsp 
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp 
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp 
Curd – 1 tbsp | |

INSTRUCTIONS | |
| 
1. Take a bowl and put shredded bottle gourd.
   
2. Add salt to
  taste, corn flour, Maida flour and packing soda. 
3. Mix well and make
  a ball 
4. Take a pan, then
  put oil for fry. 
5. Fry the prepared
  ball until it turns brownish and crispy, then keep the balls separately 
6. Take a tawa, put
  oil then add onion and fry well 
7. Add green chilli,
  ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, tomato sauce 
8. After fry add
  prepared bottle gourd balls. 
9. Add soya sauce
  and curd then mix well. 
10. Allow to cook
  for 5 minutes. Now the tasty bottle gourd Manchurian is ready. | |
