Chapati Noodles - Quick and Easy Recipe




Chapati Noodles

INGREDIENTS


Wheat flour for chapatti – 1 cup
Oil – for fry
Garlic – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 cup
Green chilli – 4 nos
Carrot – 1 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Beans – ½ cup
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – ½ tsp
 Salt to taste
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Make chapatti, then roll it. Cut the chapatti like noodles.
2. Take a pan and put oil for fry.
3. Then add garlic, onion and green chilli, fry well until turn brownish.
4. Then add carrot, cabbage, beans and fry well.
5. Add red chilli powder, tomato sauce, salt, vinegar and soya sauce
6. After fry all the ingredients add prepared chapatti noodles. Allow to cook 5 to 10 minutes.  Now the chapatti noodles is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
