Ingredients:
- Oil for fry
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Chana dal - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- curry leaves
- Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
- Carrot - 1 cup shredded
- Rava batter - 2 cup
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves
Instruction:
1. First make the stuff. take a pan and pour oil for fry the carrot2. Add mustard, chana dal, urad dal and curry leaves.
3. Add asafoetida for good smell and taste.
4. After fry these things add 1 cup of shredded carrot and fry well
5. Then take a bowl and make rava batter
6. Then add curd and salt to rave batter then mix well
7. Add cooked carrot stuff and mix well
8. Take the idli cooker and make idli with this stuffed batter.
9. Tasty Rava carrot idly is ready within 30 minutes.
