Ingredients
- bittergourd - 3 nos
- oil for fry
- mustard - 1 tsp
- urad dal - 1 tbsp
- channa dal - 1 tbsp
- curry leaves - few
- ginger garlic paste - 2tbsp
- red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
Instruction
1. slice the bitter gourd / kanchal / haagalakai into thick slices and remove the seeds and spongy centres.
2. Take a kadai and add oil. after heat the oil put mustard, urad dal, channa dal of mentioned quantity.

4. add salt to taste, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste then allow to brownish in low flame
