Ingredients
- rava / sooji - 1 cup
- sugar - 1 cup
- milk - 1 cup
- cashew nut - few
- dry grapes - few
- ghee - required quantity
Instruction
1. take a bowl and put roasted rava / sooji in it.
2. add powdered sugar and mix well.
3. after that add one cup of milk and mix well
4. take a pan and put ghee, after ghee melts put cashew nut and dry grapes then fry well until it turn light brown.
5. after fry the cashew nut and dry grapes add that into rava sugar milk mix.
6. leave this mix into one day for absorb the milk and sugar by rava.
7. after one day make into small balls, now the delicious rava ladoo is ready. keep this into air tight container and serve for one to two weeks.
Note : If you want to reduce sugar, you can make the quantity of sugar into 3/4 cup. and add shredded coconut for different taste. in kerala they use shredded coconut for additional taste.
