Ingredients 
Masala
  preparation 
Dry masala 
Chana dal – 1 tsp 
Urad dal – 1 tsp 
Coriander – 1 tsp 
Red chilli – 3 
Masala paste 
Oil for fry 
Onion – 1 sliced 
Tomato – 1 sliced 
Tamarind –small piece 
   
Jiggery – 1 tsp 
For Curry 
Oil for fry 
Mustard – 1 tsp 
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp 
Curry leaves 
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp 
Bottle gourd – 2 cup 
Salt to taste 
Instructions 
1.  Take a pan
  and put oil for fry. After heat of oil add mustard, cumin seeds, curry
  leaves, turmeric powder, bottle gourd and salt to taste. Then mix well and
  cook for ten minutes 
2. Meanwhile prepare dry and paste masala. Tale a pan
  and put oil for fry, add chana dal, urad dal, coriander and red chilli, then
  fry well and make a powder. 
3. Take another pan adds oil for fry, onion, tomato,
  tamarind and jiggery. After fry well grind and make a paste. 
4. Add masala powder and paste into curry, then add
  water as required for cook.  
5. Then mix all the ingredients, then cook for 10
  minutes. Now the delicious and different bottle gourd onion masala is ready
