Ingredients: | |

Wheat flour – 2 cup 
Beetroot – 1 cup 
Onion – 1 cup 
Green chilli – 3 
Ginger – 1 tsp 
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp 
Mint leaves – 1 tbsp 
Coriander leaves – 1
  tbsp 
Oil – 3 tsp 
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp 
Salt to taste 
Water as required |

Instructions: | |
|  | 
1. Take a pan and put 2
  tsp of oil for fry 
2. After heat of oil
  put one cup of shredded onion and sauté well 
3. Meanwhile prepare
  the masala with grinding of fennel seeds, ginger, green chilli. 
4. Add blended masala
  and saute well, then add mint leaves and coriander leaves 
5. Add one cup of
  shredded beetroot and allow to cook 
6. Add turmeric powder
  and salt as per taste and keep aside 
7. take a bowl put two
  cup of wheat flour and salt as required 
8. Add prepared
  beetroot fry and mix well like chapatti/Rotti batter    
9. Now make the rotti,
  the delicious different type of beetroot rotti is ready to serve. |
