Wheat rava Briyani

Ingredients:
  • Oil for fry
  • Bay leaves
  • Star anise - 2
  • Cinnamon – 2
  • Rose buds
  • Clove – 2
  • Cardamom – 2
  • Onion – 1 cup
  • Green chilli -3
  • Mint leaves – 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves – 1 /2 cup
  • Cashew nut
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Tomato – 2 sliced
  • White chana – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat rava – 1 cup

Instructions:

1. Take a pan and put oil for fry. Add biryani ingredients like bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon, rose buds, cardamom, chopped onion and green chilli, then saute well.
2. Add one cup of mint leaves and one and half cup of coriander leaves, then fry well.
3. Add cashew nut, Ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, two sliced tomato, cooked white chana and salt to taste, then saute well.
4. Add wheat rava one cup and two cup of water, then mix well until no lumb.
5. Cook for 15 minutes in closed pan. After cook turn off flame. Now the delicious wheat rava biryani is ready to serve.
