INGREDIENTS


Oil for fry
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cooked potato – 1 cup

INSTRUCTIONS


1. Take a pan and heat the oil for fry
2. Put cumin powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder and mint leaves.
3. Add salt to taste and saute well. After fry for three to four minutes add cooked potato and mix well
4. Fry two minutes. Now the tasty mint aloo fry recipe is ready to serve.
