Ingredients:
- Ghee -2 tbsp
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Dry grapes - 2 tsp
- Cashew nuts - 2 tsp
- Sabudana - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup
- color powder - 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
Instruction:
1. Take a kadai and add ghee and oil for cook. first put ghee and after that put oil.2. add dry graphs 2 tbsp and cashew nut 2 tbsp for good taste
3. add one cup of water for boil the subudana rice and cook for three minutes. its like boiling.
4. after boiling of water add subudana rice and sugar of each one one cup
5. add color powder 1 tsp. you can add any color. i preferred red color.
6. cook for five minutes in steam.
7. after cooking of five minutes add two tbsp of cardamom powder
8. again close the kadai and cook for 5 minutes
9. after cooking of five minutes the water is completely to be dry. turn off the flame. now the tasty subudana kesaribath is ready to serve.
